Hatco GRHDH-3PD 45 1/2" Full Service Countertop Heated Display Case - (2) Shelves, 120v

Both shelves in the Hatco GRHDH-3PD Glo-Ray® heated display case have independent thermostatically controlled bases so multiple foods can be held at specific temperatures, which operators can adjust between 100 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Top-mounted, pre-focused infrared heaters direct heat toward the shelves' outer edges to minimize heat loss, and to prevent foods from drying out during long-term holding, the bottom shelf includes a humidity chamber with a 3-quart water reservoir. The bottom shelf, which has a larger depth than the top shelf, can support three full-size food pans for low- or medium-volume applications.

This corrosion-resistant stainless steel and aluminum Hatco GRHDH-3PD display case has a silver-colored exterior that blends in with a wide range of decors. Its 45¹/₂-inch-wide by 26-inch-deep by 30³/₂₅-inch-high structure can be displayed on countertops in convenience stores or supermarkets, and it's furnished with 4-inch legs that can be adjusted for uneven surfaces. Although the base is heated, its exterior remains cool during heating to protect against countertop damage. Its transparent tempered glass front and sides provide a full cabinet view, while shatterproof incandescent bulbs highlight the interior. To streamline product loading and retrieval, sliding glass doors are built onto the back, and glass doors are integrated on the front.
