To improve merchandising and ease product retrieval, the Hatco GRHW-1SGDS buffet warmer's base and shelf are slanted; it also features shatter-resistant incandescent lighting to illuminate products. For countertop placement, it's fitted with 1-inch rubber legs to secure it on the counter's surface. This unit measures 22⁶¹/₁₀₀ inches wide by 21 inches deep by 23³¹/₅₀ inches high overall.

The Hatco GRHW-1SGDS display warmer features a lighted rocker switch with which users can quickly power the unit on and off. It's equipped with prefocused infrared top heat as well as a heated base to hold various menu items at ideal temperatures for extended periods. To prevent airborne particulate from contaminating food, this unit is equipped with buffet-style sneeze guards that won't obstruct visibility.
