Hatco GRS-18-D 18"W Countertop Warming Shelf w/ 1 Warmer(s), Thermostatic Controls

The Hatco GRS-18-D Glo-Ray® heated shelf offers temperatures between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit to keep prepared food at the ideal holding temperature. The stainless steel top measures 18 inches wide by 12 inches deep and is great for resting plates in a pass-thru window. An illuminated power switch alerts staff if the top is hot.

A single, blanket-style element that provides even heat distribution is encased between the stainless steel top and fiberglass insulation of the shelf. The insulation inside the Hatco GRS-18-D portable heated shelf helps retain heat and reduce energy loss. Kitchen staff can conveniently change temperatures as needed with the built-in thermostatic control.
