Hatco GRS-30-B 30"W Countertop Warming Shelf w/ 2 Warmer(s), Thermostatic Controls

Operators can incorporate the Hatco GRS-30-B Glo-Ray® heated shelf into buffet lines and pass-thru areas requiring an additional heated surface. This freestanding unit measures 30 inches wide by 7³/₄ inches deep by 2³⁹/₁₀₀ inches high to accommodate to-go orders and other foods waiting to be served. Its rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel top endures repeated use and is simple to wipe clean, while its extruded aluminum base is attached to 1-inch nonslip rubber feet that secure the shelf in place.

To ensure prepared foods are warm on serving lines, the Hatco GRS-30-B countertop heated shelf is built with an adjustable thermostatic control. Operators can modify surface temperature from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while the blanket-type element ensures uniform heating. Fiberglass insulation retains heat at the holding surface to minimize temperature fluctuations, and to monitor the unit's power status, it features an on/off switch that glows when it's in use.
