The Hatco GRS-30-L Glo-Ray® heated shelf's flexible design can introduce a heated base to a buffet line or back-of-house workstation. This freestanding 30-inch-wide by 25¹/₂-inch-deep by 2³⁹/₁₀₀-inch-tall unit is mounted on nonslip rubber feet and is portable to accommodate changing needs. To endure high-traffic settings, its rust- and corrosion-resistant stainless steel top is durable enough to withstand daily use.

To hold an array of prepared foods at warm, safe temperatures, this Hatco GRS-30-L heated shelf's thermostatic control can be adjusted from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Its blanket-type heating element warms the stainless steel surface uniformly, producing enough heat for short-term holding. Integrated fiberglass insulation retains surface heat to minimize temperature fluctuations that could affect food quality and safety. Operators can turn this unit on or off with a simple power switch that glows when the surface is hot for quick identification of the shelf's power status.
