To hold prepared foods for short periods, the Hatco GRS-36-A Glo-Ray® heated shelf features a blanket-type foil heating element for uniform heat distribution across the stainless steel surface. Operators can adjust the thermostatic control between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate various holding requirements, while fiberglass insulation retains heat near the surface to prevent fluctuations. Equipped with a power switch that glows when it's in use, this shelf is simple to turn on and off.

The Hatco GRS-36-A portable heated shelf measures 36 inches wide by 6 inches deep by 5³/₈ inches tall for placement on countertops, buffet lines, and self-service stations. Its 4-inch nonslip rubber legs secure it in place while elevating the base so users can clean beneath it. Its stainless steel surface and extruded aluminum base resist corrosion and wear through repeated use to preserve a sleek look over time.
