The Hatco GRS-36-B portable heated shelf is great for holding to-go orders and food pans at safe serving temperatures for short periods of time. Its thermostat can be set between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while its blanket-type foil heating element disperses heat evenly across the shelf's surface. To reduce temperature fluctuations, its fiberglass insulation keeps heat near the surface. Its on/off switch is simple to operate and glows when the unit's surface is hot so employees can observe the status at a glance.

For placement on workstations, buffet lines, pass-thru areas, and self-service stations, the Hatco GRS-36-B heated shelf measures 36 inches wide by 7³/₄ inches deep by 5³/₈ inches high. Its 4-inch nonslip rubber feet secure it in place as employees load or retrieve foods, and because these feet elevate the unit, users can clean beneath the unit with ease. Its durable stainless steel surface and extruded aluminum base withstand demanding environments and resist corrosion to extend its service life.
