To hold prepared foods at precise temperatures for short periods, the Hatco GRS-36-L countertop heated shelf's thermostatic control can be set to a temperature between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Its blanket-type foil element warms the stainless steel surface evenly, while fiberglass insulation keeps heat near the surface to minimize temperature fluctuations and energy loss. Operators can quickly turn this warmer on or off with its power switch, which illuminates to notify employees it's in use.

Compatible with front- and back-of-house applications, the Hatco GRS-36-L heated shelf is a freestanding unit measuring 36 inches wide by 25¹/₂ inches deep by 5³/₈ inches high. Its resilient stainless steel surface accommodates food pans, boxed or wrapped items, and orders ready for pickup, while its extruded aluminum base is positioned on 4-inch nonslip rubber feet that prevent sliding during load and unloading.
