The Hatco GRS-48-F countertop warming shelf's blanket-type heating element generates heat evenly across the stainless steel surface, producing and maintaining temperatures at a set level between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Ideal for short-term holding, this shelf suits to-go orders and wrapped products. Employees can precisely modify temperatures with the thermostatic control, and fiberglass insulation preserves heat near the surface to minimize fluctuations. For operator safety, the power rocker switch illuminates when this unit is on.

To withstand daily use and repeated heating and cooling, the Hatco GRS-48-F heated shelf's stainless steel top resists rust and corrosion and is exceptionally durable. Its extruded aluminum base is mounted on 4-inch nonslip rubber feet that secure this unit as orders are loaded or retrieved. Because these feet raise the base, staff can thoroughly clean beneath it. This 48-inch-wide by 15¹/₂-inch-deep by 5³/₈-inch-tall warmer is freestanding and portable for front- and back-of-house stations.
