Keeping cooked food at safe temperatures, the Hatco GRS-48-I Glo-Ray® warming shelf can be used in pass-thru areas, on buffet lines, or as a heated work shelf. It has a blanket-type element that provides uniform heat distribution, maintaining the temperature set on the adjustable thermostat. To keep the heat around the top surface, fiberglass insulation is integrated into the unit. Because the top is made of stainless steel, it resists rust, dents, and scratches, while the base is constructed of extruded aluminum to provide additional durability.
