Its blanket-type foil element evenly distributes warmth, while fiberglass insulation preserves produced heat near its surface to minimize fluctuations. For precise modification, staff can adjust the temperature on the thermostatic control.

This Hatco GRS-54-G warming shelf measures 54 inches wide by 15³/₄ inches deep by 5³/₈ inches high and is positioned on 4-inch nonslip rubber feet that prevent slipping on a buffet or cafeteria line, back-of-house workstation, or customer-facing self-service area. Its stainless steel surface and extruded aluminum base resist corrosion and can be wiped clean between uses to maintain the original appearance over time.
