Keeping product warm prior to being served, the Hatco PFST-1X Flav-R-Savor® tall dry holding cabinet uses a heat diffusion system that evenly warms stored items at prime serving temperatures. Even with frequent opening and closing of the door, the system retains its holding temperatures. To ensure these temperatures stay consistent, the unit has a temperature controller that provides a readout of cabinet temperatures, and users can adjust these levels to accommodate changing inventory.

Inside the Hatco PFST-1X holding cabinet, eight 18-inch by 18-inch shelves accommodate 16 boxed pizzas or eight bagged pizzas. Of the eight shelves, six can be removed to accommodate changing inventory and streamline cleaning. The cabinet sports a tempered glass that provides product visibility, making it a good option for front-of-house or back-of-house applications. Product is highlighted with two shatter-resistant incandescent lights at the back top of the cabinet. Furnished with heavy-duty locking casters, this unit measures 22¹³/₁₆ inches wide by 24⁴⁹/₅₀ inches deep by 56⁹³/₁₀₀ inches high.
