Hatco RHW-1B 11 qt Drop In Soup Warmer w/ Thermostatic Controls, 120v

The Hatco RHW-1B drop-in soup warmer can be used as a foodwarmer, soup kettle, pasta cooker, steamer, and bain-marie heater. It has three temperature settings for easy operation: low for warming, medium for steaming, and high for boiling. Heat is retained in the kettle with its insulated design. Constructed of stainless steel, the unit resists minor damage and facilitates cleaning. Low power mode allows the machine to operate at 50 percent power to warm product without burning it. The Hatco RHW-1B drop-in soup warmer holds up to 11 quarts and includes a lid to protect the contents from contaminants. It is designed to fit in an 11⁷/₈-diameter cutout.
