The Hatco RHW-2 countertop food warmer can be used as a food warmer, steamer, soup kettle, pasta warmer, and Bain-Marie heater. Individual thermostatic controls enable the user to adjust and set the temperature. It has three temperature settings for boiling, steaming, or warming food and a temperature range of 122 to 212 degrees Fahrenheit.

When set to low-power mode, this unit can hold food at warm temperatures without burning it. The Hatco RHW-2 countertop food warmer has a stainless steel construction that resists rusting and is insulated to retain heat. Since it has two wells with two 11-quart pans, users can heat and serve two different products at once. To keep contents warm and protect it from contaminants, two lids are included.
