By adjusting temperature and humidity on the Hatco WFST-2X Flav-R-Savor™ large-capacity display cabinet, prepared foods can be held at safe serving temperatures for hours without drying out. Left and right heaters disperse heat evenly throughout the cabinet, and its high airflow rate recovers temperatures quickly when doors are opened for short periods of time. This unit includes a ³/₄-gallon water reservoir that produces the moisture required to keep foods fresh.

The Hatco WFST-2X food display case countertop unit features a rack with four shelves, each of which is adjustable in 2-inch increments. These shelves can be displayed horizontally or at a slant, and for high-capacity holding, they accommodate standard 18-inch by 26-inch pans. The warmer's interior LED lighting and tempered glass panels grant a full view of merchandised items, while its 32¹/₁₆-inch-wide by 27⁶⁷/₁₀₀-inch-deep by 32⁷³/₁₀₀-inch-high structure is ideal for countertop applications. With its front and back French-style doors, employees can load foods into the back without interrupting shopping customers, creating a streamlined pass-thru system. To complement established decors in recreational centers, convenience stores, and supermarkets, its frame has a clear anodized finish.
