Metro C515-HFC-U 1/2 Height Non-Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet w/ (8) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Metro C515-HFC-U C5? 1 Series half-height heated cabinet is designed for transportation with 5-inch swivel casters that are nickel plated. All casters have donut neoprene wheels that withstand repeated travel over various surfaces. Product is visible since the door is constructed of clear polycarbonate; its extruded aluminum door frame is sturdy. Mounted gaskets prevent heat from leaking, and the door opens 180 degrees for simple pan loading. This unit accepts eight 18-inch by 26-inch pans and (16) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch pans.

Heat is evenly distributed throughout the cabinet since the Metro C515-HFC-U non-insulated heated cabinet has a forced-air heating system. Its control panel is removable without tools for maintenance. The operator controls heat through recessed analog controls, which resist damage. Power indicator lights let the operator know what stage the unit is in, and it has a master on/off switch.
