The Metro C533-CLFC-L-GY insulated mobile heating and proofing cabinet is constructed of durable and corrosion-resistant aluminum. Its drip trough captures moisture to prevent water from pooling, and to facilitate cleaning, it's made of a smooth polymer that can be wiped down. Situated on 3-inch casters, it can be easily transported through a hospital or banquet hall. With the bottom-mount control module, users can set the thermostat as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit.

To facilitate loading and unloading, the Metro C533-CLFC-L-GY undercounter heating and proofing cabinet's door swings open 180 degrees. It seals shut with gaskets to retain heat, and the cabinet is insulated with Gray Insulation Armour? to prevent warm air from escaping. To help users see inside the unit, the door is constructed of clear polycarbonate. The unit's lip-load slides accommodate (10) 18-inch by 26-inch food pans.
