The Metro C533-CLFC-U-GY undercounter heated holding and proofing cabinet accommodates five 18-inch by 26-inch or (10) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch food pans on its universal slides. They are positioned on 3-inch centers and made of wire to promote uniform air circulation through the gaps. To ensure food remains warm until it's served, the temperature can be adjusted as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit using a thermostat on the bottom-mounted control panel. Gray Insulation Armour? is built into the cabinet to retain warm air.

Made of polycarbonate, the door on the Metro C533-CLFC-U-GY insulated mobile heated and proofing cabinet is clear to provide a view of the cabinet's interior. The exterior is made of aluminum?a strong material that won't corrode when exposed to harmful chemicals. To enable mobility, the bottom of the unit has 3-inch casters, two of which have brakes to hold it still when needed.
