This Metro C533-HLFS-U C5? 3 Series heated holding cabinet's undercounter design saves space for kitchens with limited space. It measures 26⁷³/₁₀₀ inches wide by 31¹/₂ inches deep by 32 inches high and is made of impact-, dent-, and stain-resistant polymer. To minimize heat loss, it's insulated with Insulation Armour? technology that retains interior cabinet temperatures while keeping the exterior cool throughout operation. Its aluminum door is fully insulated and solid to keep heat inside the cabinet. For catering applications, this unit can be transported with its 3-inch casters that facilitate maneuverability and stability.

The Metro C533-HLFS-U heated holding cabinet's holding temperature is adjustable between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and thermostatically controlled, forced convection ensures even warming for uniform results. Its bottom-mount control module includes recessed control dials, a digital thermostat, a master on/off button, and a power indicator light. Suitable for high volumes of product, the aluminum interior cabinet is made with universal wire slides stabilized on 3-inch centers, and they can be adjusted in 1¹/₂-inch increments.
