The Metro C535-CFC-4 half-height heated cabinet holds pans on fixed wire slides with 3 inches of spacing. These slides can be removed to load product and can hold eight 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (16) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch pans. With its Insulation Armour? design, the unit retains warm air and maintains a cool-to-the-touch exterior. Its polycarbonate door is clear, enabling operators to look into the cabinet and monitor stored product without opening the door and letting heat escape.

This combination model Metro C535-CFC-4 mobile heated cabinet proofs product and holds it at warm, safe temperatures. These temperatures are adjustable from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit and, at 95 degrees, it can reach 95 percent relative humidity. Operators can control the unit with recessed dials that avoid damage when moving the cabinet. For cleaning and software updates, the control module can be removed without tools.
