Operators can adjust temperatures from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit to accommodate specific holding requirements, while cabinet moisture can be modified to 95 percent humidity when the unit is set to 95 degrees Fahrenheit. Forced convection circulates air for even heating and fast recovery. Its bottom-mounted control panel includes an accurate digital thermometer, recessed control dials, a master power switch, and power indicator lights for simple operation. For cleaning and upgrades, this panel can be removed without tools.
