The Metro C535-CFS-U 3 Series half-height heated cabinet accepts 8 or 16 pans depending on their size; these pans sit on fixed wire slides that are welded 3 inches apart. To ensure heat stays inside the cabinet, it has a solid insulated door and red Insulation Armour?. Constructed of aluminum, the interior withstands heavy use and resists corrosion. Its door swings to 180 degrees to simplify loading and unloading pans, and mounted gaskets reduce the risk of heat loss. A magnetic pull latch with lever-action release ensures the door stays closed during transportation.

The control panel module is removable without the use of tools, and each module has its own analog knob that is recessed to resist damage. Three modes include heating for holding product at serving temperatures, proofing dough for baking, and a combination of the two. The Metro C535-CFS-U heated cabinet has a temperature range of 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit.
