This Metro C535-HFS-4 C5? 3 half-height mobile heated cabinet is well insulated. It's constructed with a removable control module for heated holding that keeps product at high temperatures without moisture control. Moisture and combination modules are available on other units in this series.
Designed with a cabinet made of aluminum and an exterior made of red Insulation Armour?, the Metro C535-HFS-4 heated holding and proofing cabinet is optimal for retaining heat, saving energy, and remaining externally cool to the touch for user safety. For mobility, this unit is equipped with four casters, two of which have brakes for stationary applications. The cabinet's solid doors help retain heat and the hinges are field reversible.
