Its molded-in hand holds enable mobile applications. The cabinet has three modules: combination proof and hold, holding, and moisture. Operators can also conveniently view the temperature on its digital thermometer.

Users can control the Metro C535-HLFS-L insulated mobile heated cabinet with its recessed dials and master on/off switch. To signal the piece of equipment's status, it's designed with power-indicator lights. All the controls are removable without tools to streamline future upgrades and cleaning without having to replace the entire cabinet body.
