The polymer exterior resists dents, warping, and scratches, and it remains cool to the touch while the unit is heated. For transportation, this unit features molded-in handholds as well as 5-inch casters.

The interior of the Metro C537-HFC-U heated holding cabinet is constructed of aluminum—a corrosion-resistant metal that's easy to clean. Operators can set the temperature between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit using a bottom-mounted control module. This module is removable to enable thorough cleaning and streamlined maintenance.
