Metro C539-CDC-4 Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (17) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Metro C539-CDC-4 insulated full-height heated cabinet is designed to hold food at an ideal proofing temperature with moisture control at low temperatures. It operates at temperatures ranging from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. At 95 degrees Fahrenheit, the unit has a 95-percent relative humidity, and it is easy to operate with dial knobs and a digital thermometer. Polycarbonate windows in the Dutch doors provide product visibility. These doors are double hinged for strength and can be reversed in the field.

Durability is provided by the Insulation Armour? construction that features high-density polyethylene to retain heat, save energy, and keep the exterior cool to the touch. Its polymer exterior is impact, dent, and stain resistant. Molded-in hand holds create vertical side handles that enable the operator to easily move the Metro C539-CDC-4 heated holding and proofing cabinet from place to place. Four 5-inch casters are included with the unit, and two of them have brakes to lock the unit in place.
