Metro C539-CFC-L Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (35) Pan Capacity, 120v
Long lasting and easy to clean, the Metro C539-CFC-L heated holding cabinet's interior is constructed of corrosion-resistant aluminum. To preserve heat without obstructing visibility, it features an insulated door made of transparent polycarbonate. The exterior is made of red polymer that resists denting and remains comfortably cool to the touch.
To facilitate mobility, the Metro C539-CFC-L mobile heated cabinet is designed with molded-in handholds and mounted on 5-inch casters. Its temperature can be adjusted from 80 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit using the bottom-mounted, removable control module. When needed, this module can be removed for cleaning or service.
