The controller is mounted on the bottom of the Metro C539-CFS-4 insulated heated cabinet, and because its dials are recessed, they are protected from damage. Without tools, the control panel can be removed for convenient servicing, and this cabinet is made to heat and proof with a temperature range between 80 and 190 degrees Fahrenheit. It also has humidity controls that reach 95 percent humidity at 95 degrees Fahrenheit.

This Metro C539-CFS-4 full-height, mobile heated cabinet's Insulation Armour? technology holds heat inside the cabinet for long-term holding; this tech also saves energy and keeps the exterior cool to the touch. Because this construction has polymer over its aluminum body, it resists dents and other impact damage. Vertical handles are molded into the material so users can steer the cabinet through hallways. Though it limits product visibility, the unit's solid door retains more heat than doors with windows. For product loading, the door opens to a 180-degree angle; the latch ensures it stays closed tightly during transport.
