Durable to support rigorous use, the Metro C539-CFS-L heated holding cabinet features a corrosion-resistant aluminum interior and a dent-resistant polymer exterior. Insulated with energy-conserving Insulation Armour?, it holds product at temperatures between 80 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Users can adjust the temperature using a bottom-mounted, removable control module.
The Metro C539-CFS-L mobile heated cabinet is mounted on 5-inch casters so operators can wheel it comfortably between locations. To facilitate mobility further, it's designed with molded-in handholds. This unit can accommodate (35) 18-inch by 26-inch pans and has lip-load slides on 11?2-inch centers.
