The Metro C539-HLFS-L-GY insulated mobile heated cabinet is made of durable, corrosion-resistant aluminum. To adjust the control panel, it can be accessed from the bottom and is removable for cleaning and maintenance. For serving guests in a banquet hall, restaurant, or hotel, this cabinet has 5-inch casters, and its lip-load slides can house (35) 18-inch by 26-inch food pans.
