Metro C565-SFC-UPFS 1/2 Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet w/ (8) Pan Capacity, 120v

Great for banquet halls and catering events, the Metro C565-SFC-UPFS half-height insulated heated cabinet is mobile with 5-inch casters. To prevent the unit from rolling while food is unloaded, two of the casters are equipped with brakes. This is a pass-thru unit, meaning users can access food from either side with two doors. One of the doors is glass to provide interior visibility, and the other is solid to retain warm air.

The Metro C565-SFC-UPFS mobile heated cabinet's universal wire slides are adjustable in 1¹?₂-inch increments. The half-height cabinet accommodates (8) 18-inch by 26-inch pans or (16) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹?₂-inch pans. To adjust the temperature within the range of 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, the top-mounted control panel is equipped with a dial thermostat. It also includes an analog thermometer for monitoring.
