The Metro C589-SDS-L full-height insulated heated cabinet measures 29.13 inches wide by 32.63 inches deep by 74.75 inches high, and its lip-load slides can accommodate (34) 18-inch by 26-inch food pans. Full-perimeter, high-density fiberglass insulation reduces heat and energy loss to prevent unwanted temperature changes. Operators can select a temperature from 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and if it drops too low, an alarm will sound to alert nearby employees.

Because it utilizes a ducted heating system, the Metro C589-SDS-L mobile heated cabinet heats up quickly and rapidly recovers lost temperatures. It's made of stainless steel?a durable metal that resists rusting and corroding over time. To provide mobility, casters are attached to the bottom of the cabinet, making it simple to deliver food from the kitchen to customers in the dining room.
