Metro C589-SFC-UPFC Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet w/ (18) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Metro C589-SFC-UPFC insulated heated cabinet is lined with high-density fiberglass insulation around its perimeter to reduce heat and energy loss. An alarm will sound if the temperature drops too low unexpectedly, and a ducted heating system will quickly recover lost heat to keep product warm for serving. This unit operates in the range of 70 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The controls, including a temperature readout, are mounted to the top so they can be adjusted as needed.

The adjustable universal slides in the Metro C589-SFC-UPFC mobile heated cabinet hold as many as (18) 18-inch by 26-inch or (34) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹?₂-inch food pans. The slides are made of wire to enable uniform heating, and the entire unit is constructed of stainless steel to provide durability and corrosion resistance. Great for environments where employees serve food to large crowds, this unit is mounted on 5-inch casters for mobility.
