Metro C5T5-ASB 1/2 Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet w/ (9) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Metro C5T5-ASB half-height insulated mobile cabinet is constructed of 304 stainless steel and insulated with reliable, foamed-in-place polyurethane to help retain heat during transit. Molded polymer transport handles are reinforced with stainless steel and double as bumpers that protect the exterior from unwanted scuffs or scratches. Polymer Armour panels are positioned on either side of the cabinet to prevent damage from facility hazards such as door handles and panic bars. Because the solid bottom of the cabinet is bolted to a set of casters, it glides smoothly from a kitchen to a service location.

The analog panel of the Metro C5T5-ASB heated holding cabinet features flush, recessed controls that won't be damaged or altered if the cabinet bumps into something. Its temperature knob permits a selection between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit, while the thermometer facilitates convenient temperature monitoring. This cabinet's power is controlled by a rocker switch, and one light indicates whether the cabinet is powered while another notifies employees if the heating element is on.
