Metro C5T5-DSF 1/2 Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (18) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Metro C5T5-DSF half-height heated cabinet features fixed lip-load slides that accommodate as many as nine GN 2/1 or (18) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch food pans. It's made of stainless steel, and the entire interior perimeter is insulated with thick, CFC-free polyurethane that preserves heat and energy. The door has a flush handle that won't take up extra space, and an information panel is provided to display important food or catering information. Staff can conveniently use the reinforced transport handles to move the cabinet, and these handles also act as bumpers to prevent minor dents from impact damages.

The digital control panel of the Metro C5T5-DSF insulated mobile heated cabinet includes a high- and low-temperature alarm that beeps if the cabinet deviates from the specified temperature range for more than five minutes. The maximum temperature of the cabinet is 200 degrees Fahrenheit, and a memory recall function makes previous selections readily available. To help maintain food quality during transit, the digital control model includes a battery-powered fan that circulates air even when the cabinet is unplugged to prevent cold spots from forming.
