Metro C5T8-ASF 5/6 Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (28) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Metro C5T8-ASF mobile heated cabinet measures 30 inches wide by 39¹/₄ inches deep by 65⁷/₁₆ inches tall and has fixed lip-load slides that can accommodate (14) GN 2/1 or (28) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch food pans. Its stainless steel construction is durable and resistant to rust and corrosion, while the Armour panels and reinforced polymer handles act as buffers that protect the cabinet from minor dents and scratches. To streamline service, casters are bolted to the bottom of the cabinet, enabling it to be moved through kitchens and banquet halls.

The analog controls of the Metro C5T8-ASF insulated heated cabinet provide simple temperature selection and monitoring with a dial and thermometer. To ensure food is kept at optimal holding temperatures, the unit can be set between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Thick, foamed-in-place insulation helps preserve cabinet temperatures.
