Metro C5T8-ASL 5/6 Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet w/ (14) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Metro C5T8-ASL mobile heated cabinet has simple analog controls with a rocker power switch and a dial that permits a temperature selection between 70 and 200 degrees Fahrenheit. It's made of 304 stainless steel that won't rust or corrode and is protected by reinforced polymer handles and Armour panels, which act as bumpers between the cabinet and facility hazards.

A set of casters bolted to the bottom of the Metro C5T8-ASL mobile insulated cabinet provide smooth movement between kitchen stations or through a banquet hall. The lip-load slides are adjustable in 1¹/₂-inch increments and accommodate as many as (14) 18-inch by 26-inch or (26) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch food pans.
