Metro C5T9-ASF Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (32) Pan Capacity, 120v

The Metro C5T9-ASF C5? 5-Series heavy-duty heated cabinet features a full-height, single-cavity, reach-in configuration that measures 30 inches wide by 39¹/₄ inches deep by 73⁷/₈ inches high. Transport Armour? features—such as steel-reinforced polymer handles and sturdy polymer side panels—protect the cabinet's exterior during transportation. The solid, full-length door opens directly to the single cavity to simplify inventory checks, and it's insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane to reduce temperature fluctuations when this door is opened. Polyurethane insulation is also built into the unit's sides, top, and base to increase rigidity. Designed to be moved, this cabinet is built on 6-inch casters.

Inside the Metro C5T9-ASF heated cabinet, fixed lip-load slides accommodate (32) 12-inch by 20-inch by 2¹/₂-inch steam pans or (16) GN 2/1 pans. By using a ducted convection heating system, warm air circulates through the cabinet evenly, retaining temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit. Because the heating system recovers temperatures quickly, it's ideal for back-to-back holding applications. Operators can adjust temperatures with the electromechanical control, which is located at the top of the unit to prevent accidental modifications. An analog thermometer displays an accurate temperature reading, even if the unit is unplugged.
