Metro C5T9-DSF Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet w/ (32) Pan Capacity, 120v
To accommodate high-volume warming applications, the Metro C5T9-DSF C5? T-Series heated cabinet's fixed lip-load slides hold as many as (32) 12-inch by 20-inch by 21/2-inch steam pans or (16) GN 2/1 pans. Its ducted convection heating system generates and maintains temperatures as high as 200 degrees Fahrenheit to support various holding requirements, and temperatures are adjustable via the top-mounted, solid-state digital controls. Operators can even manipulate controls when the unit is unplugged or in transit?its mobile power feature is a battery-powered unit that continues to circulate air inside the cabinet while illuminating the still fully functional controller. To prevent temperature fluctuations, the interior is insulated with foamed-in-place polyurethane.
A full-length, solid door opens to provide direct access to the Metro C5T9-DSF heavy-duty heated cabinet's cavity. It's equipped with a three-function information panel?a cabinet ID, whiteboard, and clipboard?so operators can identify stored products quickly without opening the door. Because this unit is designed to be moved, Transport Armour? is built into the unit's steel-reinforced polymer handles, enabling them to act as bumpers to protect the unit during collisions. This feature is also constructed into the side polymer panels, which help shield the exterior from door handles and panic bars. To withstand long-term use, this cabinet is made of strong, corrosion-resistant, type 304 stainless steel. Overall, it measures 30 inches wide by 391/4 inches deep by 737/8 inches high and is fitted on 6-inch casters.
