This Moffat H8D-UC Turbofan? holding cabinet accommodates eight half-size sheet pans or eight 12-inch by 20-inch steam pans, and its stainless steel interior racks are spaced 2⁷/₈ inches apart. Its heating system can be set to a level between 68 and 194 degrees Fahrenheit, while a single-speed fan circulates hot air gently throughout the cabinet for even results. Temperatures can be adjusted via the electronic controller, which provides a legible digital temperature readout. To ensure product is held for the correct amount of time, operators can program the timer to produce a desired temperature for as long as 4 hours, and with countdown and count-up timer modules, users know when product is ready for serving.

Because it measures 24 inches wide by 26³/₄ inches deep by 31⁷/₈ inches high, the Moffat H8D-UC heated holding cabinet can be installed beneath a counter. Its interior and exterior have a durable stainless steel construction, and the unit is mounted on 2¹/₂-inch casters for maneuvering and stabilization. Its reach-in configuration enables operators to retrieve and load pans directly into the unit, while the glass door provides a full view of product.
