To promote function and presentation, the Nemco 6100A-ICL soup warmer features a rust- and break-resistant stainless steel construction. A tubular coil system provides heat beneath an aluminum dissipator plate to prevent hot spots and burning, while a water bath ensures even temperature distribution inside the well. With an adjustable thermostat and three heat settings, operators can increase or decrease the temperature as needed. For additional safety, the unit reaches a maximum temperature of 212 degrees Fahrenheit.

Designed for countertop applications, the Nemco 6100A-ICL soup warmer sports a round body with a 10-inch diameter and 9³/₄-inch height. The appliance includes a 7-ounce inset to contain creamy soups, curries, and sauces, as well as a cover and ladle for serving. A no-drip rim surrounds the perimeter of the well to prevent drips and spills in the front or back of the house.
