Each section's adjustable thermostat generates heat from 100 to 200 degrees Fahrenheit. The wraparound heating elements eliminate hot and cold spots, so product heats evenly, and operators can turn this unit on or off with the two power switches.

One side of the Server 81290 topping warmer features a ladle, so users can scoop 1 ounce of product from a No. 10 can or 3-quart jar, while the other side's stainless steel pump dispenses 1 ounce of warmed topping for consistent servings, helping to save product. Dispensing portions can be adjusted in ¹?₈-ounce increments to accommodate various topping uses.
