The Star HPDE1HP hot food dispenser pumps from one 6-pound pouch while holding two pouches in reserve. It is ideal for melted cheese and condiments. Dispensing precise servings from ³/₄ to 2¹/₂ ounces, the unit comes with a portion control system. The pump evacuates at least 95 percent of the product from the pouch. Heat moves consistently throughout the chamber with the forced air system. The temperature comes set at 145 degrees Fahrenheit, but the digital control system enables the operator to adjust the temperature as needed. To withstand high-volume operations, the Star HPDE1HP hot food dispenser has heavy-duty panels and stainless steel supports.
