The Town 36505 dim sum basket is used in steamer cooking. Food is arranged on paper inside the basket, which is then sealed with a lid and placed over a steam source for cooking. Protecting it from rusting and scraping, this basket is made of stainless steel. With a 5¹/₂-inch diameter, it is designed for cooking small portions.
