True STR1HPT-1S-1S Full Height Insulated Mobile Heated Cabinet W/ (3) Pan Capacity, 208-240v

Operating at temperatures from 140 to 180 degrees Fahrenheit, the True STR1HPT-1S-1S Spec Series® insulated heated cabinet maintains temperatures of cooked food; it does not bring cold or ambient product to hot, safe temperatures. An exterior display shows the temperature digitally in Fahrenheit or Celsius, while the stainless steel heating element evenly distributes heat in the cabinet. To manually control the humidity, there is a vent at the top of the unit.

This True STR1HPT-1S-1S mobile heated cabinet includes three chrome shelves that are adjustable to accommodate different products. Front and rear doors give operators interior access from either side, while heavy-duty stainless steel on the exterior and interior resists rusting, denting, and scratching. Polyurethane insulation increases strength and prevents heat from escaping the cabinet.
