The True STR2HPT-2S-2S Spec Series® pass-thru heated cabinet keeps pre-cooked food warm at safe temperatures until it is served. It holds product between 140 and 180 degrees, as temperatures can be set to the level that fits their application on the electronic controller. Heat in the unit is generated by the element, and its stainless steel construction provides strength and rust resistance. Low-velocity fans evenly circulate heat throughout the cabinet to ensure consistent temperatures, and humidity in the cabinet is regulated by a vent that releases steam out the top of the cabinet. Operators can manually control the vent to reach a humidity level that suits specific applications.

Because this True STR2HPT-2S-2S full-height insulated heated cabinet has doors on the front and rear, it can be used to connect the front of the house to the back in pass-thru applications. These doors are solid and made of heavy-duty stainless steel. With a self-closing design, these doors retain heat, while the stay-open feature ensures loading and unloading pans is convenient. Food can be held on six adjustable, chrome shelves, and the stainless steel interior and exterior construction provides strength, resists corrosion, and simplifies cleaning.
