Built to endure high-volume use while resisting rust and corrosion, the Turbo Air M3H24-1 full-height heated cabinet is constructed of durable stainless steel. It's a one-section, reach-in model offering 22.7 cubic feet of interior space and furnished with three adjustable shelves that enable product organization. To prevent heat from escaping the cabinet, this unit is insulated with high-density polyurethane, and when it's not in use, operators can quickly power the unit down with the built-in on/off switch.

To optimize product quality by minimizing hot or cold spots, the Turbo Air M3H24-1 mobile heated cabinet is designed with a ducted fan air distribution system. Its temperature is adjustable between 140 and 180 degrees Fahrenheit; employees can make these adjustments using the digital temperature control and monitoring system. This unit is mounted on casters to simplify mobility for maintenance or cleaning.
