The Vulcan C24EA5-LWE electric counter convection steamer uses the PowerSteam® system to heat food to a maximum of 235 degrees Fahrenheit while retaining its original color, taste, and nutrients. Five 2 1/2-inch-deep pans can fit in the cabinet, which is constructed of stainless steel with coved corners to prevent product from getting stuck in crevices. Its stainless steel door and latch are heavy duty, resisting corrosion, scratches, and dents. The unit's steam generator is also made of stainless steel. The Vulcan C24EA5-LWE electric counter convection steamer uses staged water fill for a speedy initial fill and refilling during operation to reduce the wait.
