Steaming three pans of food at once, the Vulcan C24EO3AF convection steamer uses a 60-minute timer that buzzes when cooking is finished so food does not burn. Cooking is indicated with a light and the other lights shine when water levels are too high or too low; when they are low, this unit refills automatically if it has a water supply hook-up. To protect important components, the mechanical controls are water resistant and the heated elements are embedded so they do not touch water.
The Vulcan C24EO3AF three-pan convection steamer is made of stainless steel, which is durable and quick to wipe clean. To enhance cleaning, the wire pan racks and side panels are removable and safe for dishwasher use. This unit does not require delimer treatment or a water filtration system. Because this steamer has a front-vented design, it can slide into tight spaces without the vent being blocked.
