The Vulcan C24EO5 convection steamer has a boilerless design, meaning it does not require a water or drain connection. It can sit on top of a counter or be placed on an optional stand, and the exterior and cooking compartment are constructed of durable stainless steel. To ease cleaning, coved corners in the interior do not gather dirt and debris.

The Vulcan C24EO5 boilerless convection steamer has a heavy-duty door equipped with a door latch mechanism to ensure it stays closed. Enabling users to keep an eye on water levels, the stainless steel generator pan has a stamped water-level line. Tubular elements are embedded in cast aluminum and sealed to the bottom of the pan with a thermal transfer compound, evenly distributing heat.
